Steve Kaiser Tapped as Arizona State Co-Chair for U.S. Term Limits

Phoenix, AZ – Today, U.S. Term Limits announces that Steve Kaiser has agreed to be the Arizona State Co-Chair for U.S. Term Limits.  Kaiser brings a depth of both private and public service to this role. He has seen first-hand the need for term limits at the federal level and will work tirelessly in his role as Arizona State Co-Chair to see that Arizona adopts a resolution for term limits.

“I am very honored to be serving as the Arizona State Co-Chair for U.S. Term Limits,” said Steve Kaiser. “Now more than ever before, the need for term limits is crystal clear.  Polls show that the one issue all Arizonans regardless of political affiliation are united about is the need for congressional term limits.

“Serving in Congress has become for many, a lucrative lifelong job rather than a public service,” concluded Kaiser. “Term limits will help end career politicians and make Congress work better for all Americans.”

“We are honored to have Steve leading our efforts in Arizona along with Diego Rodriguez to pass term limits for Congress,” said Philip Blumel, President of U.S. Term Limits. “Under their guidance, I am confident we will get our term limits resolution passed in Arizona.”

Originally from Illinois, Steve Kaiser grew up in north Phoenix and attended Arizona State University. Upon graduation with a History degree he entered the US Army as a Second Lieutenant and served a total of eight years in the service, leaving as a Captain. While serving in the US Army, Steve deployed to Afghanistan, Dominican Republic and supported Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.

In addition to military service, he has worked for several large businesses in the metro Phoenix area in management roles. While working full time, Steve went back to school and earned his master’s degree in public administration from GCU, which focused on governance and policy. His American dream has always been to own his own business and that dream became a reality in 2018 when he acquired a small junk removal business. In four years he grew it from one truck and one employee to six trucks and 15 team members. This small business allowed him the opportunity to run for local office in the state legislator.

First being elected in 2020 as a State Representative and then again in 2022 as a State Senator. He was always most proud of running legislation that helped Arizonans improve their lives economically. Steve has since resigned from the State Senate and works full time on his non-profit, Arizona Prosperity Project, which focuses on supporting policies and candidates that advance prosperity for all Arizonans.

Steve and his wife Amanda live in north Phoenix with their three boys, their dog Mia and their tortoise Scooter.
