This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy governs the manner in which U.S. Term Limits collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “user”) of the U.S. Term Limits website (“website”). This privacy policy applies to the website and all products and services offered by U.S. Term Limits.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our website. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users means of connection to our website, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our website, make a contribution, place an order, subscribe to the email list, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our website. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, residential address or credit card information. Users may, however, visit our website anonymously. When participating in a call to action to contact your officials, you may be aked to provide additional information (salutation title or whether or not you would like to receive a response from the legislator). That information is programmatically sent to the legislator as part of your email to them and not retained by USTL.

Our website is secured with encrypted SSL (https). Financial information is kept private and sent directly to the merchant account and not stored, visible or accessible to any USTL staff members.

We will never sell your data to third party vendors.
