Texas Congressman Lamar Smith, appearing on Fox News the morning of June 4 revealed two more unreported facts about President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomayor:

1. The Almanac of Federal Judges gave Sotomayor its worst rating on courtroom demeanor.
2. Sixty percent of Sotomayor’s majority rulings have been overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Smith’s point was that this is information germane to the confirmation process which the Main Stream Media refused to cover. Should we be surprised? Is the MSM doing the confirmation process—and thus our country—a disservice?

Need I remind readers that polls also show that the MSM are in the tank for President Obama?

Again, should we be surprised?
