Congressman Charles Rangel Censured
After years upon years of failure to pay income taxes, Rangel was censured by an overwhelming vote of the U. S. House of Representatives.
But Congress has a different way of dealing with miscreants than does the rest of the United States.
Where would you or I be after years upon years of refusal to pay income taxes?
Either dead broke from assessment of penalties and interest by the IRS—or in jail.
Or both.
Perhaps Rangel should have visited that fellow we see on TV every day, offering to solve our tax problems.
Golly, I just feel so dumb. If I had only thought about it in time, I could have written good ol’ Charley and told him to get in touch with that TV guy!
