To call the rogue would-be wanna-be nuclear axis of North Korea and Iran a powder keg is an understatement.
It is approaching critical mass, which is what North Korea’s bluff and Israel’s life and death position against Iran represent.
They all require a firm hand, which President Obama has thus far subordinated to the selling of his health care plan – his latest scheme that he wants to rig so that he will eventually control the whole thing. Then he wants to borrow money to pay the Trillion Dollar Plus cost for the health care plan – or better yet find something to tax (as if we don’t already have all kinds of new taxes and spending schemes).
Meanwhile, the Master Bluffers of North Korea (I use the pleural because we don’t know for sure who is in charge) continue their unsubstantiated claims about possession of nuclear explosives.
What we do know for a fact is that they have well-engineered long-range missiles, with which they presently threaten or will soon be in a position to threaten the United States. And threaten us that any attempt to rein them in would be “an act of war.”
And how does this tin-horn dictatorship manage to get away with its bluster?
It’s because they learned that President George W. Bush lacked the testicular character to call their bluff in 2006 when they fired their first Taephodong-2 missile in our direction. THAT was the act of war, which required immediate retaliatory conventional bombing of the North Korean missile launching site.
And any presidential weakness toward North Korea is read as a green light by Iran, as well as all the other countries, wherever located, who wish us ill. Who was Bush listening to at that time, Colin Powell the disloyal? (See earlier article by that title.)
Is President Obama any better physically equipped than GWB to deal with the Master Bluffers? Thus far we have seen no evidence to that effect.
As the Master Bluffers tell us, if we try to bring down their latest missile, which they claim to be a satellite launch, it will be an act of war.
Now is the time to stand up to North Korea and call their bluff. Lives are at stake.
But where is President Obama? Out peddling his unaffordable Trillion Plus Dollar socialistic health plan.
