Citizens for Term Limits … for a fresh Congress!

And have known, inasmuch we have been telling everybody who will listen.
Pollster Scott Rasmussen confirms, that by a two-to-one margin, Americans believe that no matter how bad something gets, Congress can always make it worse!
This reaffirm the nation’s dire need for congressional term limits.
And when it comes to the President’s health care scam, Rasmussen says only 22% think Congress has a good understanding of the bill.
That would mean that 78% of voters think Congress is ignorant about the bill. No wonder only a third of congresspeople held town hall meetings.
And how would that 78% keep up with changes or amendments as proposed?
We couldn’t call it a know-nothing Congress, but we sure could call it a know-only-22% Congress. It’s like a very expensive Rolls Royce automobile with an engine that has six spark plugs missing!
Twenty-two per cent isn’t good enough!
Yet, you and I pay them all their huge salaries – as much as three or four times what the average man or woman on the street receives – plus perks, pensions, staff and allowances, as well as their own congressional health care, which they refuse to swap for what they want to inflict on us peasants.
We need to replace incapable career politicians (both parties) who for decades have been spending us into bankruptcy.
They stopped representing you and me years ago.
They must be replaced by Citizen Legislators who go to Washington, not to serve themselves but rather to serve their neighbors and their country – for a brief period of time, then return home to live under the laws they just passed.
Remember, it is Citizen for Term limits who will get us there.
