Dear Mr. Johnson:

Thank you for your recent communication about the current Senate immigration legislation. Attached is a copy of H.Con.Res. 119, which sets forth what should be the policy of this country on illegal immigration and on amnesty for illegal aliens. I am vigorously opposed to illegal immigration and to amnesty under whatever dressed up name it may be called. Amnesty will encourage the invasion into this country by illegals to continue.

You may also be interested to know that I voted for the term limits legislation that came before the Congress in the late 1990s.
